● Delivery timelines may vary based on location and third-party courier services.
● We shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Medicines and health products are non-returnable and non-refundable as per DOH and FDA guidelines, except in cases of:
● Wrong item delivered
● Damaged product
● Expired product
