Orders placed between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM will be delivered within the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Pickup Orders:
Customers must wait for a notification from Shinagawa Pharmacies before proceeding with pickup.
Once confirmed by the pharmacy, either the pharmacy staff or the customer may arrange booking for pickup at BGC or Ortigas locations.
Delivery/Shipping
Shipping will not proceed if there is an issue with payment or issue in delivery address (if all fields in online system are not filled)
Dispatch planning to be handled by Pharmacist in charge.
Picking and packing of products will initiate based on queue and delivery due date
Cancellation/Refunds
The orders could be cancelled by customer over call with Customer Service Team. In that case, Customer Service accepts cancelation only if the products are not picked and packed at the time of cancellation.
Customer Service may also cancel the order in below scenarios and inform customer regarding the same:
Issue with delivery address (out of delivery range)
Issue with payments (customer’s history with payments fraud) / suspicious details.
Issue with prescription (if applicable)
