Systane Hydration [ Preservative Free]

Note: May be used for 3 months after opening.

Indications:

For temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye. May be used to lubricate.

Formulation:

Sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethyl propanol, boric acid, sodium borate, disodium EDTA, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, POLYQUAD™ (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, and purified water.

Contraindications:

Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of this product.

Storage Condition:

Store at room temperature. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

Dosage and Administration:

Follow the doctor’s instructions on the schedule, dose, and duration of treatment.

Special Instructions:

• Consult an eye care practitioner if discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness persists.
• Avoid contact of the dropper tip with any surface.

Mechanism of Action:

• For aqueous (water) deficient dry eye
• Dual-action hydration of the ocular surface
• 2X greater moisture retention (compared to a formulation with hyaluronic acid alone^{^})
• Supports the corneal healing process
