We deliver nationwide within the Philippines, subject to the availability of courier services in your area.
2. Delivery Timeframe
● Metro Manila: 1–3 business days ● Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, and courier delays.
3. Shipping Schedule
● Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. ● Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Fees
Delivery is free of charge for orders of 2,000.00 and above. For orders amounting below Php 2,000.00, shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight and are shown at checkout.
5. Prescription-Based Products
● Orders that include prescription medicines will only be processed upon verification of a valid prescription, which may delay dispatch. ● Kindly send (via email – .jpeg or .pdf file format) a copy of your prescription for this product to pharmacy@shinagawa.ph with your order number after checking out. Keep your lines open as our pharmacist will reach you regarding your prescription.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery up to two (2) times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional charges.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier issues.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You may use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
