Formulation:
Each mL contains 1 mg fluorometholone. It also contains disodium edetate hydrate, sodium benzalkonium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, polysorbate 80, methylcellulose, and dibasic sodium phosphate hydrate as additives.
Indications:
External or anterior inflammatory conditions such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, scleritis, episcleritis, iritis, iridocyclitis, uveitis, and postoperative inflammation.
Contraindications:
This product is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

Shake well before use. Instill 1 or 2 drops at a time, 2 to 4 times daily. Dosage may be adjusted depending on the patient’s age and severity of symptoms or as prescribed by the physician.
Special Instructions:
For ophthalmic use only. To prevent contamination, do not let the dropper tip touch any surface.
Storage Conditions:
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
